Who we are
The Noha Studio runs thenoha.com and is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For anything about your data, write to team@thenoha.com.
Purchases
You buy on Etsy, not on this site. Etsy handles your order, payment and delivery details under Etsy’s Privacy Policy (opens Etsy). To make and ship your order, we share your name and delivery address with our production partner in the USA.
What this site collects
- Emails you send us: your name, email address and message. We use them only to answer you and to handle any follow-up, such as a question about an order.
- Server logs: our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps technical logs of visits (such as IP address, browser, the page requested and the time) for security and to keep the site running.
- Visit statistics: Google Analytics 4 shows us which pages are visited and how people find the site. Its analytics cookies are set only after you accept them (see Cookies below).
- Fonts: the site’s fonts load from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser details.
Legal basis: answering you and fulfilling your order (emails and orders); our legitimate interest in running a secure, working site (server logs and fonts); your consent (analytics cookies).
Cookies
We don’t use advertising cookies. Google Analytics 4 cookies (their names start with _ga) are set only if you click Accept in the cookie banner.
Before you choose, or if you click Reject, Google Analytics sets no cookies. The Google tag still loads from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address, and it may send Google basic signals without cookies, such as that a page was viewed.
Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, and stays on your device. Reject is as easy as Accept. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; choosing Reject later also removes the Google Analytics cookies.
Who receives your data
- Etsy, for everything about your purchase.
- Our production partner in the USA, to make and ship your order.
- Hostinger, which hosts this site.
- Google, for Google Analytics and Google Fonts.
Some of them process data outside the UK and the EU, including in the United States. We don’t sell your personal data. Links to Etsy and Instagram take you to their own sites, where their privacy policies apply.
How long we keep your data
- Emails: only as long as we need them to answer you and handle any follow-up.
- Server logs: for the period Hostinger sets.
- Visit statistics: for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
- Your cookie choice: in your browser, until you change it or clear your browser data.
Your rights
If the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to you, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it. You can also object to its use, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time (for analytics, with Cookie settings) without affecting anything done before. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in the EU, usually the one where you live or work; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
